TERMS OF BUSINESS
Returns Procedure: We will make every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a product not being delivered customers should advise us. We will make every effort to locate the product, and if necessary, send a replacement at our expense or provide a full refund.
If a product arrives damaged in any way, or the customer believes the item(s) is not as described, customers should contact us within 3 days of receipt and return the package within 7 days. We will either send a replacement product or replacement items, upon confirmation that the damaged items have been returned. In the unlikely event that a product is not as described, a replacement item will be sent to the customer or a refund.
If a customer changes their mind after receiving the product, when returning the item, please inform us within 3 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you have informed us that you wish to return goods, you have 7 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received, we will issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method. Delivery charges will be always deducted from the refund..
All items are warranted for 30 days from the date of receipt of goods.
Postage and packing is £6.90 for orders under £250.00 (£15.00 for orders to the Channel Islands and off UK Mainland) and will be automatically added to your invoice total. Please allow up to 12 working days once payment is made/cheque is cleared for goods to arrive.
We do not deliver goods to a P O Box address.
We cannot be held responsible for delays in transit.
When returning an item(s), if the item(s) cannot be tracked during transit and it is lost, we cannot be held responsible.
The above terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
